If you receive a product that is not “as described” on our website, we will replace the item or refund your purchase at our discretion. Please contact us immediately by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements. Contact must be made within 7 working days of the date of purchase.
Once the item has been received in an acceptable condition, a refund for the product purchased will be issued via Paypal. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item.
We do not offer refunds or exchange for change of mind.
Availability & Back Orders
As most of your products are hand made, occasionally some items may need to be back ordered for up to three weeks. We will do our best to manage our stock levels to avoid this happening. You will be advised if there is a wait time for any products prior to you making payment.

We will exchange an item only, not refund your purchase. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item.
All items are carefully examined prior to shipping to avoid any inconvenience to you and to maintain our high quality of customer service. However, if you receive an item that you believe is faulty, please inform us immediately by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will organise an exchange and if it is a one off item, then we will refund your purchase at our discretion. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost, which will be refunded to you upon safe receipt of the item back to us. Please note; this does not include items damaged during shipping.
Extra care is taken to package your items so they arrive safely. We are not responsible for items damaged during shipping.
Returning your item
All items must be in original condition and unused condition with all tags attached. If the item is not in such condition, been worn, damaged or altered you will not be refunded or offered an exchange and the item will be returned to you.
We do not exchange on sale items.
